Welcome to the official website of the New Castle Youth Basketball Association (NCYBA), where young athletes in the Town of New Castle,  New York, come together to learn, grow, and compete in the game of basketball.

About NCYBA

Established as an independent, volunteer organization and recognized by the Recreation and Parks Commission of the Town of New Castle, NCYBA is dedicated to providing boys and girls from 3rd through 8th grade with the opportunity to participate in competitive inter-town basketball. Our mission goes beyond wins and losses; we focus on skills-building, teamwork, sportsmanship, and preparing players for high school basketball.

Programs Offered

Tri-County Basketball League (TCBL) 

BOYS: Grades 4 through 8
GIRLS: Grades 4 through 8

Brewster Super League

BOYS: Grade 3 (only) 

Clinics

GIRLS: 3rd Grade skills clinic with professional trainers
